Great application, very motivating but it would be better if you become more familiar with the exercices before practicing them in your workout, sth. Like Tutorial in which each exercice is explained
More than I expected as I am also using a decent workout app. I like this one for its video, and choice of time countdown or rep count, as well as the encouragement throughout. (Its chatty without being annoying at all) I will be getting the paid apps for sure. I used this on an iPo with no wi-fi, and its great. Will go to wi-fi to import the extras and report back on that. :) Very pleased so far. Bonus: Extra advice at end of workout helpful too!!
Great app! Short bursts of intensity are great for busy people. I love doing a few days at a time before I go to school. It really wakes me up and gets my blood flowing. I dont have abs yet but still working on it!
I chose this app over a couple other different fitness apps because it had more of what I wanted. For instance, I was looking for full video of the exercises instead of pictures or descriptions.
Its a very good application to perform the some daily excercises at home
A little bit to easy. Sometimes (ex. Crunch) counting is to fast to do exercise properly. Callendar reminder should be added. There should be option to choose longer training

Good app IF when it works. Please fix or theres no point getting the app.
Wow, I was so excited to try this. I downloaded it and then went to start the workout and it crashed. Tried 4 times and as soon as I loaded it - crash, crash, crash. Thanks for nothing.
This app is great. 3 minute workouts that you can double up for extra burn. And so convenient I feel proud of myself when im done.

Nice abb workout that is quick and easy(ish), but gets progressively tougher.
