This app is so great!! Im only on day 4 but I can really feel the workouts in my abs. The workouts change every day, you have a trainer who gives you motivation, and you can add a playlist. Also, if you cant do an exercise you can tell it not to give it to you anymore. This app is a must-have!!

It lets you play your own music while you work out to give you motivation. You can choose your level of expertise and you will not get the same boron exercises everyday. Each session is only about 3 minutes, but they work just fine for busy people. Great product!
